The result of not being informed or knowing
In a world of so many technical and digital systems, the former manual information flow is drowning in apps, messages, data problems, signal errors, failures in control routines. Often based on a lack of daily personal conversations. Everything is based on digital tracks, chatbots, without language understanding or dialect differences. Unfortunately, this extends the time in the "waiting room" completely unnecessarily. It becomes cheaper in terms of reduced costs for personnel, rent, etc. But the loss of customers who change suppliers, and do not care which system you have or not.

I would never say that I am against systems, neither simple excel, calendars, CRM, or other well-developed digital tools. However, the world has come to the point now that we use it as an excuse for all the mistakes and shortcomings that are made. It is not the worst, but we get away with it in all cases. It has become generally accepted.
Should we avoid having customers like this on our conscience?
Then the call to everyone is to take a little more part in everyday life. Give a little of yourself at work, that little extra. Satisfied customers are a must if you are to survive in the jungle of competing companies.
